What the service is

Rescue My Finances provides financial education, analysis, and planning tools based on information you provide. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and using it does not create a fiduciary, attorney-client, or advisory relationship. See our disclosures.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information. The analysis is only as good as what you enter.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Make your own decisions. You are responsible for every financial action you take.
• Use the service only for your own household, and not for anything unlawful.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in the app; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. A completed intake unlocks a 24-hour full-access trial.

Refunds

If the service didn't do what we said it would, write to support@rescuemyfinances.com within 30 days of a charge and we'll deal with it like adults.

No guarantees

We make no guarantee of any financial outcome, credit score change, approval, or timeline. Projections are models, not promises.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the relationship

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
